Directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak, Doom (2005) stars Karl Urban and Dwayne Johnson in a sci-fi action horror set within a remote research facility on Mars. Based on the popular video game franchise by id Software, the film follows a military unit sent to investigate a series of violent incidents linked to genetic experimentation. The story combines creature combat, confined environments, and first-person shooter aesthetics inspired by the source material.Från IMDB: Space Marines are sent to investigate strange events at a research facility on Mars but find themselves at the mercy of genetically enhanced killing machines.
